Learning about Fabric and Fibre

Our art topic this term is Fabric and Fibre. We have been learning about the different types of fibre and where they come from.

Plays

Today for reading we read and then performed plays. There are great actors in Room 2!

The first play was called "Waiting for the Feast".

Then we watched "Chicken-Licken".

The last play was "Tricky Jack Rabbit".

"Jumping into the foam pit is like jumping into a bowl of marshmellows!!" said Maddy.

Gymnastics - Monday 3 July

Today we had to walk along the beam, balancing a beanbag on our heads.

 

We did floor activities with hoops - it is quite hard to get the hoop to spin!
